VALIANT THOR, AN EXTRATERRESTRIAL THAT LEFT EARTH YEARS AGO
It became known in our world on March 16, 1957 and returned to space on March 16, 1960. Valiant Thor was the commander of a spaceship with a crew of about 200 beings. He was brought before U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower and his Vice President Richard Nixon offered to give him information about how humanity could live without disease, poverty, and death. They said, "Sorry, we can't accept the information you give us because it would ruin the nation's economy."

According to researcher Dr. Frank E. Stranges (1927–2008), Val Thor was approximately 1.82 meters tall and weighed about 84 kilograms, had brown, wavy hair and brown eyes. Their life expectancy was 490 years. Dr Stranges claimed that both President Dwight Eisenhower and Richard Nixon met with the alien. Timothy Good, a former U.S. government adviser who has spoken openly about his knowledge of aliens, also claimed that President Dwight Eisenhower met with aliens.
He was living in the Pentagon for a period of time of three years, and he was coming and going at will. Finally, Commander Val Thor left on the morning of March 16, 1960, in Alexandria, West Virginia, where his spacecraft went down, entered and disappeared from view.
Stranges met the alien in December 1959 and recounted that when he asked him where he was from, he replied, "I am from the inside of the planet called Venus. I asked him how many visitors to Venus were currently on earth and he said, "There are currently seventy-seven of us walking among you in the United States. We are constantly coming and going."

UFO researcher and evangelist pastor Frank E. Stranges, years after meeting this so-called outer space, founded the National Investigations Committee on Unidentified Flying Objects (NICUFO) in July 1967.
The following story is a summary of his book Stranger at the Pentagon, published in 1967:
The First Meeting
March 16, 1957, in Alexandria, Virginia, one of the best leaders of the planet Venus, operating under the direction of the Central Control and who had been chosen to make contact, as well as direct the project, landed his ship and met with two police officers , unwrapped weapons.

After crossing Washington, D.C., they were greeted by Defense Secretary John Foster Dulles along with six of his staff members. Soon police from each conceivable district and the agency had come together in all trying to reclaim their right to accompany him to see President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Through his own version of the power of positive thinking, he was able to fire everyone and soon passed through security posts followed by an Air Force captain.

Suddenly the door opened and six armed guards led Val Thor into what appeared to be an elevator. It quickly moved to the bottom. Maximum security was on site. After transferring to an underground train, they hurried to the White House. Six officers, six armed guards and three Secret Service men accompanied him to President Eisenhower's office.
From behind the desk, the President got up while the Secret Service men remained nervous and restless. While reaching out his hand to shake the president's hand, the Secret Service men pulled out their revolvers and targeted Val. After a head of the president, their weapons were reluctantly lowered.
Standing in front of his desk, the President said;
Dwight Eisenhower in his office.
"Of course, you will know that all protocol rules have been suspended. I have a good feeling for you. Please, sir, what's your name?" "And where does it come from?"
"I come from the planet which the Bible calls "morning and sunset star."
"Venus?"
"Yes, sir."
"Can you try this?" he asked.
"What constitutes a test?"
He quickly replied, "I don't know."
"Do you want to come with me to my ship?"
He answered with a mocking look and said:
"Dude, I can't come and go whenever I want. There are other issues that need to be considered. There are committees to consult and security measures must be respected. Please spend some time with us... Let's get to know each other better... learn more about each other... and maybe soon, very soon, well... we'll see."

At that moment, another gentleman rushed into the room. Which turned out to be Vice President Richard Nixon.

He appreciated in Val a very fine, sharp being, with fixed eyes and a surprising aptitude towards speed and skill.
"My name is Valiant," he said as the vice president reached out without hesitation.
"Surely you have caused a great stir..."
The Vice President smiled as he followed the conversation:
“Of course, we are not totally convinced of anything yet. But suffice it to say that everything he says and does is being reviewed and double checked. When Sergeant Young of Alexandria warned us by radio and claimed that he had just landed on a flying saucer, what we thought ... ", he continued," it was that Sergeant Young was delirious. Say, were you in the UFO over Washington (1952 wave)? Without a doubt, we were all trembling, if it was you.

After assuring that this planet had been subjected to a rigorous analysis hundreds of years before the explosion of an atomic bomb in 1945 and with his special letter still in the shaking hand of the President, he was asked to follow the Secret Service of the same way they had come ... towards the Pentagon that had already prepared a beautiful and well furnished apartment where he would spend the next three years.
Fortunately, he was prepared for a long visit and kept in constant communication with the ship. There were many occasions when he himself was teleported in and out of the rooms, often the exercise of "transmigration" caused security guards to visualize his face on a non-existent identification card.

Shortly after his arrival, along with three members of his crew, he joined a "convention" in the backyard of Mr. Howard Menger's house (1922-2009) in High Bridge, New Jersey. It was April 1957. A certain group of individuals who were interested in UFOs met that day.

Menger was an individual who maintained contacts with extraterrestrial beings from Venus since the age of ten as he claimed, published in 1959 the book From Outer Space to You (translated into Spanish as Messages from outer space).
Val and his crew members, Donn, Jill and Tanyia, had changed to the same type of clothing worn by their friends on Earth. The meeting was very interesting and these people were on the right track. I was dismayed to know the unworthy way in which these people were treated by the press.
However, these people believed his message and this was good. A curious young photographer, August C. Roberts, took several photographs, thinking he was doing it without Val's knowledge. The photographer seemed very worried when he tried to talk to him. However, it was those same photographs that brought me along with this unusual man on that cold December day.
Holding the message of the Superior Council in his hand, President Eisenhower declared that Val's offer to help the human family could disrupt the economy of the United States and could plunge it into the chaos chasm. In summary, he politely told Val that the people of this planet were not prepared to deal with conditions such as the arrival and existence of an extraterrestrial visitor in addition to his recommendations being put into action.

However, he was invited to assist a number of scientists who were working on medical projects directly related to space science. His time allotted to make the leaders of the United States known with his suggestions was limited to three years.
During this time, he refused to give information about a certain "bomb in the sky," which we now know as the Star Wars system or "Star Wars."

In his apartment, he was able to maintain communications with the ship and kept informed of the growing tensions in the world. His uniform was subjected to stiffness tests. By the standards of that time, they would now be obsolete. They tried to penetrate the material with a diamond drill, but it broke under pressure.

Finally, a bright-eyed colonel escorted him to a place where the final test would take place. Val looked at the laser instrument gracefully. On the control, the laser directed to a fine line of amplification of the intense light by stimulated emission of radiation. The colonel began his speech, this device contains a synthetic crystal ruby in which atoms, when stimulated by focused light waves, amplifies and concentrates these waves, light will be emitted. As the colonel continued speaking, his smile gave way to dismay ... the lightning was totally ineffective against the garment.

He babbled long after the laser was turned off. He reiterated how powerful the United States had become since the disintegration of the atom. Val gave him an atomic fusion lesson. He added that when a nuclear fission chain reaction is started by a neutron bombardment of atoms or a load of plutonium or uranium isotope with an atomic weight of 235 (U-235), an immense amount of energy is suddenly released. The good colonel was finally convinced and Val was taken back to his room ... along with his uniform.
1959 was quickly coming to an end.

The heads of state were in constant turmoil and confusion was the rule of the day. Indecision caused delay after delay. Economists and industrial giants met with politicians and military leaders daily. Government leaders could not reconcile that Val was in a position to force his hand if he wanted to. Several scientists tried to discover the secrets of interstellar travel ... unsuccessfully.
Christmas week was upon us. I had been very busy presenting a series of scientific conferences and speaking in a series of Churches in Washington, D.C. Earlier that month, I had returned from Cuba where I met personally with Fidel Castro.
Without knowing it, Val, in collaboration with “Nancy Warren” (was one of the few since his arrival at the Pentagon in which he was able to discern a sincere and open heart and loved God Almighty, his country and his neighbor) , formulated a plan for which he would like to contact me.

Many people on Earth live a life openly, while in their hearts and minds, they live a very different one. Double minds seemed to be a way of life in the Pentagon building, which served as the nerve center of our busy nation. Val once told me that I had never seen such concentrated confusion in a central location.

“Nancy,” attended the conference / service I held at the National Evangelization Center, pastored by Dr. John Mears, in Washington, D.C. After the conclusion of my talk, he approached the platform and asked to speak with me. Interestingly, the New Jersey photographer had given me Val's photographs and I had been showing them in my classes since then. I had no personal knowledge of them, except for what the photographer had told me. When she was unable to "grab" my attention while I was signing copies of my book Saucerama, she showed her Pentagon identity document and quickly caught my attention to say the least.
I had witnessed the study and she asked me if I would like to meet the man in the photographs personally. Of course, I answered with a resounding yes. He then asked me if I could follow the instructions in the letter, to which I replied that I could, and she told me that I would find her on the sidewalk in front of my hotel at 8:00 am the next day.
"Nancy" arrived at the exact time and thus began the journey that at times he saw unreal, but which would later prove without a doubt that there really is life in the universe of God.

Those who are familiar with the Pentagon know that the normal traffic flow approaching it is on the right. We drove to the left. I knew something strange was happening. We had to queue to go through a security guard. First one, then the second, "visualized" an identification card on my flap. This completely surprised me and I felt that at any moment, I would be caught, handcuffed and thrown into a jail somewhere. Of course, this was just my imagination and the anticipation of what was going to take place. "Nancy" left me standing in front of a door that didn't contain any marks.
When the door opened, I entered and stood in the doorway. My sturdy body shifted one foot to the other while I cleared my throat. The three men in the room were completely unaware of my presence and ignored me. I was perplexed, to say the least. Later, I would find out that Val had clouded his mind and that he ignored everything during the session period.
They continued with their work.

Being a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as well as a student of the Bible for many years, along with my experience as a special investigator, I felt like my senses were working properly and knew exactly what I was about to do. I was on my guard for fakes and fraud. A man entered, about six feet tall (1.82 meters), perhaps 185 pounds (84 kilos), wavy brown hair, brown eyes.

His complexion seemed normal and slightly tanned. As I approached him and he looked at me, IT WAS AS IF HE LOOKED RIGHT THROUGH ME.
With a warm smile and extending his hand, he greeted me by my name.
"Hi Frank. How are you?"
Its authenticity surprised me, but I quickly understood.
As he took my hand, I was a little surprised to feel the smooth texture of his skin ... like that of a baby, but with the strength of a man who silently witnessed his energy and intensity.
His voice was very strong and soft. It was full of purpose and character. I looked around the room again to see if the other men said or did anything. They kept working as if I wasn't there.

I realized that I was wearing the same type of clothing as me. When I asked him if he had any other clothes, he said he had given several officials a garment so they could test her. He then went to a closet and took out a one-piece "suit" that shone like the sun coming through the window that hit the cloth.
I thought it looked like a liquid sun. I asked about the material from which it was made.
He replied: "It is made of a material that is not from this planet."
The overall appearance of the game was one piece ... even to the boots. It did not contain buttons, clasps or clasps. Alleging that he was not going to use force to speak with the men of authority in the United States of America, that he was happy to consult with them in his invitation. In addition, he declared that so far only a few men in Washington knew of his existence in the Pentagon.
And few leaders have used their advice during these past three years. He felt that there was still much to do and yet his departure time was approaching. He told me that Jesus Christ would not force men to be saved from their mistakes, even though he had already made a way for humanity to be redeemed by his shed blood.
When I asked him where he was from, he replied: "I am from the planet called Venus."

I asked him how many visitors of Venus were currently on earth and he said: “There are currently seventy-seven of us walking among you in the United States. We are constantly coming and going. ”
For the next thirty minutes, he told me things about me that even I didn't know. Later, I was able to check with my parents and grandparents. He gave me information about the gravitational attraction of Venus, with respect to Earth. I was informed that the abdominal muscles hold the flesh firm against the slight gravitational pull, which is three twenties smaller than that of the Earth.
He gave me information that would be made known to others over a period of years.
No fingerprints
The only thing he told me that worried me was the use of the expression “when the time is right”, in response to my question of whether I would see him again or not. His lack of fingerprints intrigued me since I had been involved as a private investigator for quite some time, I even occasionally worked as a loan to some of the government agencies.

I had learned the science of fingerprints ... with the impression of the lines and spirals on the inner surface of the last joint of each finger of man's hand. He told me that all the people on Earth were consistently marked since the fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden, at the dawn of civilization as we know it today.
He began to prepare me for the road ahead. It would not be easy. There would be adversities, organized attempts to discourage and discredit me, but the rewards have more than demonstrated the results of the trials that continue to this day.
We discuss the merits of Jesus Christ ... how He gave his life freely ... so that men could enjoy the benefits of eternal life. I asked him about a Bible on Venus and he assured me that an uninterrupted personal communion with the "author" does not require the printing of a "book." It was fun for many theologians to try to discredit Jesus Christ and the Bible. The same God that many have said is "dead" continues to grant all good things. Perhaps, over time, you can allow the spark of Divine Light to illuminate your troubled hearts again.
In response to my question of what he thought of Jesus Christ, he said:
"I believe that Jesus Christ is the wonder of
wonders and will not change, "confessed Val Thor.
“I know that Jesus is the Alpha and Omega of his and all other faiths. He has assumed his rightful position today as the ruler of the universe and is preparing a place and a time for all who are called by name to ascend so far above the clouds where his power and authority never again be disputed
“I believe that Jesus Christ is the wonder of wonders and will not change. No, not forever and forever. ”
When I spoke these words, my heart burned inside me and tears filled my eyes. He turned to the window and said: “Frank, it won't be long. To contend for the faith, and the mark will never be lost again. ”

I asked him what he would do if the military prevented him from leaving on the appointed day.
He simply said: “Frank, do you remember a day after Jesus rose from the dead, had he gone in search of several of his followers? They locked themselves in a closed room and suddenly Jesus was seen standing in their midst. ”

When I turned to leave the room, he simply said, “Please keep your faith and leave the same way you entered. Continue to seek first the Kingdom of God and his justice and all other things, over time, it will be added to you and yours. Goodbye for now and may God bless you and protect you always. ”
I left that meeting astonished, very lively, and yet, with a heavy heart, not knowing what the future would hold. I began to wonder who would believe me if I ever talk about this strange encounter with a man from another planet? The first time I considered not repeating this extraordinary story, but the more I thought, the more I prayed about it, the more I felt it would bring a great blessing to those who would listen and read it.
This interplanetary traveler possessed a wealth of knowledge, not only about science and God, but also about me. He said that my book Saucerama could not have been written without celestial guidance.

Val's instructions were to leave Washington D.C., no later than March 16, 1960. That meant there were less than three months during which he was able to talk with scientists, politicians, military and the like. They completely lost their point of view. Everyone was full of self-ambition and cared little for humanity's pressing needs. His efforts to end the disease and the diseases that plague this planet were met with a pathetic denial.

He was told time and again that his presence and ideas were a threat to the political and economic structure. Certain religious leaders also fearful of losing control over people should their presence be admitted at the official level. It was very discouraging that the administration could not take possession of such information that could change the course of human activities for good ... for economic reasons.
The Security rules were very strict, but although he knew he was coming and going as he pleased, he was pleased to play them. Val had promised not to use force and so another course of action would be necessary if the information he had to disseminate would be disseminated. This is why he got in touch with men of character and strength from all over the world. Many are working in close contact with Val and other members of his crew.
Meeting with the President
His last meeting with the President failed to obtain any lasting result. He wanted the world to know about the plan proposed by Val, but the Secretary of Defense, the head of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Chiefs of the General Staff were opposed to his proposal. The President tried to hold a joint meeting before the General Assembly of the United Nations.

But this plan was also rejected. He was informed that the UN will receive a “press release” in the form of a memorandum to the Secretary General no later than February 7, 1966. These leaders of the United States government held an overnight meeting, fearing that if the people of this nation would know the plan that Val was offering, they could choose to follow him instead of them.
When a man feels that his peace and personal tranquility can be threatened, the human reaction is always that of rapid self-preservation. At one point, the vice president insisted that "the pressure guys" allow the President to make the decision. He was banned without even the opportunity to complete his statements.
World conditions were not growing much better. A lot of international pressure was being exerted on the government. They fought diligently and enforced rigid regulations with harsh penalties for revealing Val's presence. Even an important news presenter who, involuntarily, learned of his visit through one of his paid informants was silenced by nothing less than the Central Intelligence Agency, which always denied all knowledge about UFOs. Meanwhile, they keep the secret files that could actually prove the existence of intelligent life in the universe beyond any doubt.

On the morning of March 15, 1960 Val Thor met with "Nancy Warren" who would continue to work within the Pentagon and one of his contacts in the city of Washington, D.C. She will continue to maintain communication with other people who would become part of her contacts on Earth.
There are still many adversaries of human freedom today. These parasites have been embedded in all areas of human society and will not be exposed, except for extraterrestrial intervention. There are confused individuals who have perfected a saucer type aircraft. Some of these are the result of an attempt by some to institute a superior race. The remains of this group still exist.

The Departure of the Cosmonaut
On March 16, Val dematerialized and departed from this phase of his earthly mission. His next stop was on the outskirts of Alexandria, Virginia, where his starship (whose translated name would be Victory One) and his crew were waiting for him, hidden in a wooded area. It was not a problem for him to reassemble the atoms of his body into his ship.

As their ship rose slowly, a number of people stopped and pointed enthusiastically in their direction. Others froze, paralyzed by the show they saw. It felt like a tremendous feeling of love for all of them. There was no panic in them ... just curiosity and a great desire to know more. Then, as the USAF planes were sent to the area, and with the force field now in full use, the planes launched beyond the ship could not see them. Even the ground radar lost them in their equipment. The confusion reigned once more.
Frank Stranges is one of the few

On January 31, 1958, the United States launched its first artificial satellite, Explorer 1, into outer space, remaining seconds, as the Soviet space program had been advanced.
On April 2, 1958, Eisenhower proposed the creation of an American civil agency in charge of the US space program, approving the creation of NASA on July 29, 1958. The measure was a consequence of believing Eisenhower and his team of collaborators that the race Space with the Soviet Union was essential to the security of the United States. It was parallel to the arms race that they had already maintained since the end of World War II. Eisenhower stated that NASA completely led by civilians was the peaceful use of outer space and for the expansion of human knowledge. In fact, he used a program called SCORE where a satellite that had recorded his voice announced through the use of radio waves to the world, a message of goodwill that helped a lot to relax world tension.
On January 3, 1959, the 49th state, Alaska, was incorporated into the United States as a full-fledged state, while the 50th, Hawaii, was incorporated on August 21.
